How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Guardian, then Cancel. Apple manages all subscriptions. For a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

I want to restore my purchase on a new phone.

In Guardian, tap Restore on the subscription screen. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

An alert was wrong, late or missing.

Guardian shows what its sources report, and sources can be late or incomplete, so some things never appear. If you think a report is wrong, email us with the place and the time and we will look into it.

What information do you keep about me?

Guardian has no accounts. Your saved places stay on your phone. See the privacy policy for the details, or email us to ask for anything to be deleted.

Where do the reports come from?

Guardian uses publicly available data. Every report shows its source.
